Our refund and returns policy is we offer exchanges or store credit notes on all items if they are returned in their original condition within 14 days of purchase or 5 days of receipt. Please note that we are not responsible for the cost of returning items.

Refunds

As each item is unique often we cannot exchange it for another similar item, in which case we can offer you a store credit or something of same value.

Shipping
We understand that getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible is important. That's why we use Australia Post for all of our shipping needs. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated by Australia Post and displayed at checkout. Free shipping applies to orders over $299 for customers located in Australia.
When you place an order on our website, you will see the real-time shipping rates provided by Australia Post calculated at checkout. We offer two shipping options: Express Post and Parcel Post.
Express Post will get your order to you within 2 to 3 business days, while Parcel Post will take 4 to 5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and the size of your order.
We offer local pickup for residents in the Adelaide area. If you select the local pickup option at checkout, you will receive an email with instructions on how to arrange for the pickup. Our store or warehouse is located at 393 Grand Jnctn Rd, Wingfield, South Australia, and is open for pickups during our operating hours. Please refer to our location page for our showroom hours.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
