We offer exchanges or store credit notes on all items if they are returned in their original condition within 14 days of purchase or 5 days of receipt. Please note that we are not responsible for the cost of returning items.

In the rare event that an item has a major fault or does not match the description provided, we will offer a refund, repair, exchange, or store credit note. If this occurs, please don't hesitate to contact us as soon as possible after receiving the item.

Sometimes you may need additional time to consider an item before making a purchase. If you don't want to risk missing out on a product, you can request a hold on it for an agreed-upon period of time. Please note that we reserve the right to ask for a deposit to secure the hold. However, some items may not be eligible for holds due to their high demand.
